Jay Matthews was born in Grand Rapids, MI on December 25, 1988. At a young age he began rhyming but never put any thought into doing anything till a few years ago. And well...I could give you the normal background about the trials and tribulations but lets try something different. As an artist he hopes to achieve the impossible. He has blurred the lines between Underground and Mainstream music and is striving to break down barriers. He has become more then just a name but has grown to have a meaning all its own. A force that is set to break through the molds of the basic artist and bring the corruption that has risen to superman proportions to its knees. No more information is needed.
